Job Description
The Sales Executive will be the main driver of revenue growth and will have the following responsibilities:
Enterprise Pipeline Generation and Management:
Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities in the Enterprise segment, focusing on large organizations seeking to modernize their IT architecture.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, keeping the CRM accurately updated.
Strategic Selling and Rapid Value Articulation:
Conduct a consultative sales process that focuses on business solutions, not just technical aspects, understanding challenges such as cloud migration, end-to-end process automation, and API governance.
Articulate the value of low-code and the platform's ease of configuration, highlighting the ability to deliver the project with a faster Time-to-Go-Live and ROI than the Enterprise competition.
Position the unified platform (iPaaS, APIM, and EDI) as the strategic solution for accelerated digital transformation.
Focus on Automation with AI:
Develop and present compelling commercial proposals, generating solid business cases that justify the investment, especially in the context of Artificial Intelligence-Infused Automation (Agentic AI) for orchestrating corporate systems.
Lead complex negotiations with C-level executives (CTO, CIO) in large companies.
Strategy and Market:
Actively contribute to the sales and go-to-market strategy by identifying market trends, especially regarding the adoption of AI and iPaaS in the corporate segment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
Proven Experience:
Experience in B2B software sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Enterprise segment (large accounts).
Direct and in-depth experience in selling iPaaS, middleware, or APIM (API Management) platforms or solutions.
Understanding of the sales dynamics involved in delivering rapid time to value and easy user adoption.
Technical/Market Knowledge:
Strong technical understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, SaaS, and Cloud Computing.
Proficiency in discussing the benefits of Low-Code/No-Code platforms for accelerating IT projects.
Familiarity or experience in selling solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially in the context of automation and enterprise integration (Agentic AI).
Knowledge of competition in the iPaaS market (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and ability to articulate differentiators.
Business and Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (desirable).
Exceptional ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels, from IT architects to senior management (C-Level).
Proficiency in the use of CRM and pipeline management tools.
High level of comfort in using English in your daily routine.
