The Role
The Manager, Corporate Development will play a critical role in identifying, building, and nurturing strategic relationships that lead to new acquisition opportunities for Gemini Group.
In this role, you will engage with software company leaders. Your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate meaningful, trust-based relationships that ultimately result in Gemini acquiring high-quality software businesses. Relationship-building in this role is a long-term endeavor - often taking multiple years from first contact to acquisition. Success requires persistence, strategic thinking, disciplined pipeline management, high-quality market research, and a consistent ability to add value across many conversations.
As Gemini continues to expand its presence globally, this Brazil based role will also play a foundational part in helping scale Gemini’s M&A capability in the LATAM market. Over time, the Manager, Corporate Development will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a localized M&A function - including shaping best practices and helping establish Gemini as a preferred partner for LATAM software entrepreneurs. This is a unique chance to be a builder of Gemini’s deal-sourcing footprint in Brazil while advancing your own leadership trajectory within the organization.

Coordinate internally with global teams (Perseus / CSI) to align on pipeline prioritization and strategic fit.
