$5,000 - $5,500 USD

This role starts with the growth program buildout but is expected to expand into broader firm-wide technology initiatives over time. Along with our partner, we are seeking a versatile builder who can move fluidly between data engineering, automation, AI/ML, and full-stack development.

Core Responsibilities: Growth Engine & Automation Design and implement automated workflows that support all components of their growth strategy across channels with proper throttling, safety protocols, and compliance guardrails Build internal dashboards and reporting to track pipeline KPIs, campaign performance, A/B test results, and ROI metrics

Data Architecture & Engineering Design the data architecture that supports prospect enrichment, advisor matching, campaign analytics, and progressive profiling Build and manage data pipelines that ingest, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (job change signals, financial triggers, intent data, CRM records) Implement data models that enable segmentation, scoring, and intelligent routing of prospects to advisors Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and proper governance across all systems

AI & Machine Learning Develop and iterate on the advisor-prospect matching model using shared-affinity data, engagement signals, and personality indicators Build progressive profiling logic that refines prospect profiles based on behavioral data collected throughout the outbound sequence Identify and prototype additional AI/ML use cases as the program matures (predictive lead scoring, optimal send-time modeling, churn risk signals, etc.) Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and APIs where they accelerate development

Full-Stack Development Build interactive landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized web experiences tailored to specific prospect personas Develop widgets, calculators, and interactive tools that serve as lead capture mechanisms (e.g., retirement readiness assessments, portfolio analysis tools) Create advisor-facing internal tools as needed to support their growth program and broader firm operations Contribute to additional technology projects as they emerge across the firm

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience across backend, frontend, and data engineering Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Experience building /cmanaging API integrations, data pipelines, MCPs and automation workflows Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred), marketing automation tools and business intelligence systems Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to build, train, and deploy models in production Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and scope expands Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with outbound sales infrastructure (email deliverability, LinkedIn automation safety, SMS/RCS protocols) Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clay) and third-party data vendor integrations Background in building lead scoring models, recommendation engines, or matching algorithms Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and modern web design

About the Engagement: This engagement begins with their Organic Growth and Marketing team and is expected to expand firm-wide as the growth engine matures and additional technology needs emerge. The right partner will have the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a program that is central to their long-term strategy. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on their growth trajectory.
