Job Scope
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and governance of sustainability data frameworks, ensuring a reliable single source of truth across CSVC and factory operations.
- Develop smart, automated systems that elevate data validation, analytics, and overall data reliability.
- Champion data quality and integrity, ensuring audit‑ready information for global, regional, and origin reporting while driving continuous improvements.
- Define audit and assurance requirements and guide teams through clear documentation and support for internal and external reviews.
- Build and enhance dynamic dashboards and analytical tools that empower decision‑making and strengthen performance visibility.
- Deliver clear, insightful presentations and reports that translate complex data into meaningful insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with regional teams, operations, and IS to strengthen data capture, system integration, governance, and user capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related data‑focused field.
- Post‑graduate studies (Master’s or PhD) in data, environmental, or sustainability fields are a plus, but not required.
- Background or coursework in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or ESG is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English
- Solid experience working with structured data and data governance in corporate or multi‑site environments, ensuring consistent and reliable enterprise reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and govern complex datasets—preferably related to sustainability, ESG, or operational performance—ensuring consistency, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Experience leading data‑driven projects, defining scope, engaging stakeholders, and delivering results across systems and teams.
- Strong capability to define, document, and maintain data definitions, methodologies, and controls to support a single source of truth.
- Experience supporting internal and external reporting, including data quality checks, issue resolution, and assurance activities.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, performance drivers, and translate complex data into clear insights using dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems and data platforms, working closely with Information Systems (IS) teams and using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar technologies.
