Regional Sales Manager – Brazil Brazil | Automotive Industry | Network Development

A leading international automotive group is expanding into the Brazilian market and is seeking a highly experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to lead dealer network development from the ground up. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a professional with deep knowledge of the Brazilian automotive ecosystem and strong dealer investor connections.

Key Responsibilities As the pioneer and architect of the brand’s sales and service network in Brazil, you will: Develop and execute the dealer network strategy aligned with brand positioning Identify, evaluate and sign qualified dealer/showroom partners in key regions (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, South Region, etc.) Lead commercial negotiations and finalize dealer agreements Oversee dealership setup in line with global CI/VI standards Support dealers in launch phase and monitor performance (sales & after-sales) Build long-term, strategic partnerships with investors and operators Your work will directly determine the success of the brand’s entry and expansion in Brazil.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 5 years of experience in the Brazilian automotive industry At least 3 years focused on dealer network development or B2B sales management Strong existing network of Brazilian dealer investors Proven negotiation, financial analysis and contract management skills Experience with new brand market entry or network expansion projects (highly preferred) Background in multinational automotive companies is a plus Knowledge of Chinese automotive products is an advantage

Languages Portuguese – Fluent English – Fluent (working language) Chinese – A strong plus

✈ Additional Requirements Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil Strong presentation and executive communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-growing, international environment
