Senior Power BI Developer | Hybrid

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Power BI Senior Consultant to support a key client engagement. These professionals will be responsible for partnering directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and design and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards and data models aligned with those needs.

You will work closely with a US-based team lead but must operate with autonomy, proactivity, and strong communication skills. This role requires hands-on development expertise and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, intuitive visual analytics.

Skills needed:

Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document business and data requirements.

Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned with business objectives.

Build and optimize Power BI data models, queries, and DAX measures to ensure performance and accuracy.

Collaborate with US team lead to align deliverables with overall project direction.

Proactively identify opportunities for data visualization improvements and enhanced user experience.

Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.

Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to client counterparts when needed.

Participate in on-site working sessions at the Client office in Curitiba.

Experience working in enterprise environments or with global clients.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience in Oil & Gas industry projects (a plus but not required).
