About the Role: We’re hiring a Fulfillment Associate to support day-to-day DTC and marketplace operations for a fast-growing US ecommerce company.

This role is highly operational and execution-focused. You will work closely with the D2C Fulfillment Manager and play a key role in keeping inventory, transfers, and order flows accurate and aligned across systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing inventory reconciliation across NetSuite and external systems Creating and tracking transfer orders Coordinating inbound purchase orders (POs) Working closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth fulfillment Supporting DTC and marketplace operational workflows Monitoring discrepancies and resolving inventory issues Ensuring accurate ERP/WMS data alignment Supporting day-to-day logistics execution

This is a hands-on role, not strategy, but real operational ownership.

What we’re looking for: 2+ years experience in ecommerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (required) Experience with ERP/WMS systems Background in DTC ecommerce operations Experience coordinating with 3PL partners High attention to detail (inventory accuracy is critical) Comfortable working EST hours

Nice to Have: Experience with US-based ecommerce brands Marketplace exposure (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) Experience in high-SKU environments
