Faixa Salarial PJ: R$17000 a R$20000 / CLT : R$10000 a R$12000
POSITION
As a DevOps Engineer II, you will be responsible for the infrastructure (on-premises &cloud) supporting all our client´s business applications. You will part of a team with a customer-centric approach and that follows the principles of “Spry – Lean & Simple Technology”. We strongly believe that complexity is the worst enemy and solutions should not be more complicated than the problem they solve.
The role will be working closely with other system administrators, development team and other
stakeholders across the organization. You will be part of the critical incident response team, the on-call rotation team that make sure our infrastructure is always available to our customers 24x7x365
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall: Be an integral part of the DevOps and IT Operations Team by managing the infrastructure that support our clients. Reporting to the DevOps Team Lead, the core responsibilities of the position are:
> Customer Satisfaction
– As part of our Operations teams, it is everyone’s responsibility
to maintain the satisfaction of our customers by solving incidents in an effective and efficient
fashion, focused on identifying and fixing the root causes of problems. You will be part of an oncall
rotation schedule, requiring you to work flexible hours when necessary to ensure we
maintain our SLAs.
> 50%: Cloud and System Administration
– Your primary responsibility is to maintain our
infrastructure (AWS and data centers), including the configuration, management,
troubleshooting, monitoring and/or upgrading of Windows and Linux servers across different
environments. You will be actively managing our applications deployments and will be working
closely with the Developers and Architects in understanding upcoming infrastructure needs.
> 30% Security
– While operating our systems, you will ensure the highest level of security and
uptime, taking a proactive approach in identifying and managing cyber risks. You will actively
contribute to improve the Security of our systems by identifying, assessing and remediating any
security vulnerability that could exist. This includes creating, reviewing and modifying SCP and
IAM Policies in AWS, ACLs in firewall solutions, Windows and Linux security settings, among
other technologies.

JOB QUALIFICATION – MUST HAVE:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in
Technology Operations
> 7+ years’ experience in Linux System Administration of physical and virtualized servers (VMWare
and Nutanix).
> 5+ years’ experience in Windows Administration of physical and virtualized servers
> 4+ years’ experience developing with AWS technologies (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, API Gateway, Cloud
Front) and/or Azure services.
> Strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and identify root causes to problems.
> Experience with observability, monitoring and alerting tools (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Nagios,
Zabbix, Splunk, Splunk on-call, AWS CloudWatch)
> Demonstrated ability to manage deployments in the cloud (Terraform, CloudFormation) or data
centers (Puppet, Vagrant, Artifactory, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible).
> Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python and PowerShell).
> Understanding and acceptance of Agile software development practices.
> Familiarity with repositories (Artifactory, Bitbucket, GitLab).
> Understanding and acceptance that simplicity of our solutions is of utmost importance, this is a

PREFERRED SKILLS - BONUS:
> Previous experience with enterprise data integration solutions on hybrid (on-prem and cloud)
environments.
> Experienced with AI transformation initiatives including process automation.
> Previous exposure to workflow automation and AI agentic platforms such as Microsoft Power
Automate, n8n, etc.
> Experience with Data Lakehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics) and Data
Visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) solutions.
