Role Overview
The Content Writer creates high-quality written content that informs, engages, and converts across digital channels. This role supports brand authority and growth through clear, compelling copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
You will own content pieces from research to final deliveryโwriting long-form articles, marketing copy, and supporting materials while adapting tone and structure to brand guidelines. This role is ideal for writers who value clarity, consistency, and impact, and who enjoy translating ideas into effective written communication.

Through clear and engaging content, you help improve visibility, strengthen credibility, and support marketing and growth objectives. Your work enables teams to communicate more effectively and scale content output without sacrificing quality.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting โ 50%
Write clear, engaging content across formats (blogs, articles, landing pages, emails, and web copy)
Develop product descriptions, marketing copy, and educational content
Create social media and short-form copy aligned with brand voice
Produce long-form content such as guides, resources, and case studies
Adapt tone and structure to match different audiences and brand styles
Balance creativity with clarity, accuracy, and messaging goals
Research & Content Planning โ 20%
Research topics, audiences, and subject matter thoroughly
Identify content opportunities based on trends and audience needs
Support editorial calendars and content planning efforts
Conduct keyword and intent research to inform topics
Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and well-supported
SEO Optimization & Performance Awareness โ 15%
Optimize written content for search visibility and readability
Incorporate keywords naturally and strategically
Write meta titles, descriptions, and structured headings
Refresh existing content to improve performance when needed
Stay aligned with SEO best practices and content standards
Editing, Proofreading & Quality Control โ 10%
Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
Ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines
Fact-check content and validate claims
Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
Maintain high editorial standards across all deliverables
Collaboration & Workflow Support โ 5%
Collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teams
Manage multiple writing tasks and deadlines effectively
Communicate progress and flag risks early
Contribute ideas to improve content quality and processes
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
1โ2+ years of professional content writing or copywriting experience
Strong writing portfolio demonstrating clarity and versatility
Excellent command of written English (grammar, tone, structure)
Ability to adapt writing style across brands and audiences
Strong research and self-editing skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience with SEO-driven content
Background in content marketing or digital publishing
Experience writing long-form or conversion-focused content
Familiarity with CMS platforms or marketing workflows
