Job Title: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities 1. Revenue Management Billing or coordinate invoicing matters with customer, Prepare monthly revenue analytics and Monitor AR aging report, reconcile sales data with Tax output reports. 2. Cost Accounting & Analysis Establish and improve the costing calculation system. Perform monthly closing activities related to cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring accurate and timely product costing. Conduct variance analysis (Purchase Price Variance, Material Usage Variance, Labor Efficiency Variance, 3. Fix assets, Inventory Management Monitor all assets (e.g., inventory turnover, aging, obsolete inventory disposal), Oversee and execute periodic physical asset and inventory. Analyze discrepancies, propose and implement adjustment solutions to achieve alignment. 4. Report and Document Submission Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Tax report and statistics preparation, ensuring the accuracy and timely declaration or submission to the local government department. 5. Support accounting-related processing for new business expansion. 6. Be responsible for the interpretation and application of the Accounting policy of HQ, annual audit.

Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is must, New factory establishment experience or CPA is a plus. 2.A minimum of 3 years in finance, costing, reporting experience in a manufacture environment . 3.Excellent knowledge of international trade. 4.Fluent in English language skills, both verbal and written, good at meeting deadlines and solving problems. 5.Proficient in MS Word and Excel, experience with ERP system. 6. Strong initiative and confident to handle complexity, work under pressure and manage short lead-time deliveries.
