Job Title: Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter

Schedule: Full-time (40 hs/week).

Location: Fully remote, async-first.

About This Role:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and hungry Outreach Specialist to fuel their sales pipeline. This is a junior-to-mid-level role for a /"hunter/" who thrives on chasing leads and booking qualified meetings. You will be the engine of the sales process, responsible for the initial contact that turns cold prospects into warm opportunities.

We are looking for an Operator, not just a list-builder. You must be able to execute high-volume outreach across multiple channels (Cold Call, Email, LinkedIn) and diagnose what is working to optimize your results.

Responsibilities:

- Meeting Generation: Your primary KPI is the number of qualified meetings booked per week and per month. - Omnichannel Outreach: Execute campaigns using Cold Calling, Email, and LinkedIn. You have the autonomy to use the channels that yield the best results. - Metric Tracking: Meticulously track your daily activity (volume of outreach) and your success rates (meetings booked). - Pipeline Management: Ensure no lead falls through the cracks; manage follow-ups religiously until a /"No/" or a /"Yes/" is achieved. - Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the strategy team on lead quality and market response to improve targeting.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience (Minimum) in outreach, appointment setting, or SDR roles. - Proven Track Record: Must be able to demonstrate historical success rates (specifically: Average Meetings Generated per Month) from previous roles. - Tool Agnostic: Experience with any standard outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, RingCentral) is accepted. - High Availability: Willingness to work 40 hours/week. - Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills for cold calling and email copywriting.
