This position is part of the Operations area and works closely with the core team responsible for operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities Support the management and organization of

car rental and activity reservations Update and validate operational information in spreadsheets and internal systems Support the resolution of operational questions related to reservations, schedules, and processes Organize data to support internal decision-making Assist with reservation changes, adjustments, and exceptional situations Use

Artificial Intelligence

(e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to support writing, organization, analysis, and clarification of information Communicate clearly, objectively, and professionally with the internal team

Qualifications Previous experience in

tourism, reservations, operations, or related areas Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and professional written communication Functional English

for professional reading and writing Comfort working with digital tools (spreadsheets, email, messaging, online systems) Practical use of

Artificial Intelligence

in work tasks Ability to work autonomously while following defined processes

Formal academic education is not required. We value practical skills, reasoning ability, and reliability over titles.
