We are looking for an Experience Optimization Manager to own and continuously improve the full journey across users, merchants, and partners. This is a high impact role that directly influences satisfaction, retention, and long term marketplace health.
About the Role
In this role, you will define and monitor end to end experience metrics across all stakeholder groups. You will transform feedback and operational signals into structured insights, identify root causes, and drive cross functional solutions that improve the overall marketplace journey.
You will ensure that experience performance is measurable, actionable, and continuously optimized.
Key Responsibilities
End to End Experience Metrics
• Define comprehensive experience KPIs across users, merchants, and partners
• Build dashboards and monitoring frameworks for real time performance tracking
• Identify trends and risk signals across the ecosystem
Stakeholder Feedback & Root Cause Analysis
• Collect and analyze feedback from app usage data, reviews, support channels, and surveys
• Conduct deep dive root cause investigations on experience issues
• Design targeted improvement initiatives for different stakeholder segments
Cross Functional Resolution
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Merchant Management, and Customer Support
• Drive structured issue resolution processes across teams
• Ensure alignment and accountability for complex experience challenges
Continuous Optimization
• Develop experience improvement strategies based on data and research
• Standardize escalation and resolution workflows
• Implement scalable processes to prevent recurring issues
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Experience defining and tracking performance metrics and KPIs
• Project management experience driving multi team initiatives
• Fluent English for cross border collaboration
• Availability to work on site in São Paulo
