We are seeking an

Associate Technical Account Manager

with solid

solar (PV) industry experience

to support key clients and ensure high-quality technical and commercial service delivery. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Support account growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3–5 years of experience in the solar (PV) industry (mandatory) Hands-on experience with PV inverters (mandatory) Experience managing channel partners or key accounts (mandatory) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English
