About the Role
We are looking for a
Finance Coordinator
to support and coordinate the financial operations of Sossego’s US entity while working from our factory in
Canela, RS . This person will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, the reliability of financial reporting, compliance with financial obligations, and the smooth execution of day-to-day finance processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on financial operations with analytical thinking, process improvement, and close collaboration with leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and support for payroll processes
Maintain accurate accounting records and help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Prepare financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and budget follow-up
Monitor cash flow and support liquidity planning
Analyze financial data and budget variances to support decision-making
Assist with compliance, tax documentation, audits, and reporting requirements related to the US entity
Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, processes, and automation
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights and support business goals
Help optimize finance workflows and systems, including Zoho Books and related tools
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong experience in financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluency in
English and Portuguese , both written and spoken
Ability to work
on-site in Canela, RS
Preferred
Experience supporting a US entity or cross-border financial operations
Familiarity with
US GAAP
and US financial compliance requirements
Experience with
Zoho Books , ERP systems, or finance automation tools
Background in manufacturing, design, consumer goods, or related industries
