Position Overview
Lead the regional Demand Planning process with strong focus on forecast accuracy, BIAS reduction, volume consolidation and adherence to global Supply Chain standards. Ensure the accurate, timely and consistent upload, validation and maintenance of demand data in APO/SAP. Act as the regional focal point for demand performance, statistical insights and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and validate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, seasonality and structured internal inputs.
Improve planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy and BIAS through disciplined analytics and monitoring.
Monitor significant changes in volume patterns and adjust the demand plan accordingly in APO/SAP.
Ensure high data quality, consistency and timely updates following the global planning calendar.
Perform historical volume analysis and identify patterns or anomalies.
Provide analytical support for monthly S&OP cycles, including KPI reviews and performance dashboards.
Collaborate actively with Supply Planning, Scheduling and Global Demand Planning to ensure a feasible and aligned demand plan.
Participate in S&OE/S&OP routines to support scenario analysis and capacity alignment.
Support segmentation of SKUs based on planning criticality, service level targets and inventory strategies.
Recommend top-down or bottom-up demand adjustments when required to reflect true demand signals or supply constraints.
Required Competencies
Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with APO/SAP or similar planning tools.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced English; intermediate Spanish preferred.
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or related fields.
