Head of Creator/Influence Partnerships

📍 Brazil

Artes e Entretenimento ContentJet

Descrição da Vaga

About Content Jet ContentJet is a global creative production company that produces high-performing UGC and creator-led ads for brands advertising on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Our model combines a global network of creators, performance-driven creative strategy, and AI-assisted production systems to produce large volumes of high-quality social media content. As our client base grows, we are expanding our global creator network and building one of the most efficient creator supply systems in the industry. We are looking for a Head of Creator Partnerships & Expansion to lead this effort.

About the role We are looking for a hybrid leader who is equal parts Growth Marketer, Operations Manager, and Creator Economy Expert. Your primary mission is to build a highly scalable, automated engine that constantly attracts new creators to our network. Alongside building this macro-level growth strategy, you will also directly manage our internal teams responsible for casting creators and fulfilling client projects. You will build the processes that transition us away from manual talent scraping, ensuring we always have a fresh, high-quality pool of creators ready to work.

What you do

Macro Acquisition Strategy : Design and build scalable systems to constantly attract new, high-quality creators to our network so we never have to manually hunt for them. You own our big-picture growth. Team Leadership & Operations:

Directly manage our internal project sourcing and fulfillment teams. You will use their daily challenges—like figuring out which creator niches are too hard to find—to decide exactly which types of creators we need to recruit next. Strategic Partnerships:

Build long-lasting relationships with creator communities, talent agencies, and industry coaches to ensure a steady, incoming stream of talent. You will secure recurring agreements so our supply is continuous. Supply Forecasting (Demand Sensing):

Look ahead to see what kinds of creators our clients will need—such as specific demographics, languages, or content styles. Your job is to forecast these gaps and recruit the right creators before we urgently need them. Growth Campaigns:

Act like a marketing team by running weekly \"casting calls\" and targeted ads designed specifically to attract creators who fill gaps in our roster. Quality Control & Database Building:

Set strict quality standards for who gets to join our network. You will organize our creator database so it is incredibly easy for our team to search and instantly find the perfect person for a job.

What we're looking for

A Growth Marketing Expert:

You have a strong background in performance marketing and growth strategy. You are highly comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and running experiments to acquire new users at scale. A Creator Economy Native:

You deeply understand the creator landscape and have a proven track record of building partnerships, negotiating mutually beneficial deals, and creating referral ecosystems. An Operations & People Leader:

You have experience managing fast-paced teams and can smoothly translate business needs into operational reality without stepping on toes. A Data-Driven Forecaster:

You measure success through concrete metrics (like cost-per-acquisition) rather than vanity metrics. You can accurately build a supply map and forecast talent deficits to prevent operational fire drills.

Required experience

5+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing:

Proven experience building multi-channel acquisition systems , running targeted paid ads, building landing pages, and writing acquisition copy. 3+ years in the Creator/Influencer Economy:

Significant professional experience working at a creator network, influencer agency, user-generated content platform, or creator-facing tech startup. 2+ years in Partnerships or Business Development:

A proven track record of successfully building relationships with creator hubs, agencies, or communities, and negotiating mutually beneficial referral deals. 2+ years in Operations or Team Management:

Direct, hands-on experience leading and scaling fast-paced operational teams, ideally in a sourcing, casting, project management, or fulfillment capacity. Demonstrated Data & Analytics Experience: A clear job history of managing marketing funnels, measuring conversion rates, and optimizing campaigns for Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

Skills that will help you succeed

Strong understanding of marketing metrics (like cost-per-acquisition and conversion rates). Business Development skills to negotiate mutually beneficial deals and build a referral network. The analytical ability to turn daily operational roadblocks into smart, big-picture hiring decisions.

Why join us

100% Fully Remote:

Work from wherever you are most productive. Quarterly Bonuses:

We reward high performance with structured quarterly bonuses tied directly to your impact. Fast-Growing Company:

Join a rapidly scaling startup where your work directly shapes the company's trajectory and bottom line. Build From the Ground Up:

You will have the ultimate autonomy to design, test, and build our macro-growth systems and team operations exactly how you envision them. Opportunities to Grow:

As you scale our creator network and build out our operations, there will be clear, accelerated pathways to grow your career and your team within the company.
