Treasury Specialist

Position

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to support the LATAM team in treasury and financial operations. This role will contribute to improving financial processes, reporting, and supporting business growth in the region, while coordinating activities with headquarters and local banking partners. Main Responsibilities Responsible for setting up vendor payments for LATAM subsidiaries. Manage, analyze, report, and optimize financial costs. Generate bank statements and activity reports to support account payments and post vendor payments. Responsible for managing bank accounts (including new account openings, cost control, etc.), supervising the usage of company credit cards, and ensuring proper risk control. Safekeep cheques, bank tokens, cash, and other important documents related to funding activities. Support HQ with bank-related matters, including increasing bank capacity, bank guarantee communications with local banks, and preparing financing documents. Prepare monthly funds reports, cash flow forecasts, and analysis reports, tracking treasury budget implementation and collections. Perform other treasury management–related tasks. Required Knowledge and Skills Finance-related certification and knowledge are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Advanced English proficiency. Fluent in Portuguese. Intermediate Chinese is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus. Key Competencies Familiarity with bank account operations and banking processes. Accuracy and attention to detail.
