We are hiring a

Head of Creator Partnerships & Expansion

to lead this effort.

The Role We are looking for a highly organized, internet-savvy Creator & Influencer Sourcing Specialist to serve as the tactical engine that keeps our creative projects moving. Your mission is to fill creator casting needs fast and accurately by turning client requirements into qualified, client-ready shortlists. You are the ultimate talent scout—spending your days hunting for the perfect creators, reaching out directly, and securing the right candidates for our campaigns.

What You Will Do Creator Hunting & Sourcing:

You will build structured sourcing plans to hunt for external creators across social platforms. You will use search signals and keywords to find niche talent quickly, rather than relying on luck. Outbound Outreach & Pitching:

You will execute high-volume outbound outreach via DMs and emails. You will clearly explain the project scope and requirements, pitching the opportunity to creators in a concise, persuasive way. Negotiating & Confirming Terms:

You will negotiate and confirm practical constraints with the creators, including their availability, delivery timelines, location, and usage rights terms. Requirement Translation:

You will turn messy client input into a crisp casting spec, identifying exact must-haves, lifestyle cues, and brand risk exclusions so you know exactly who to look for. Upfront Quality Screening:

You will protect quality upfront by validating a creator's audio/lighting viability, their on-camera tone and presence, and their ability to show products naturally. Finding the Right Options (Shortlisting):

You will build highly curated shortlist packs featuring 5-12 primary creator options that perfectly match the brief, packaging their links, bios, and performance vibes for client approval.

What You Won't Do We believe in strict operational boundaries so you can focus entirely on talent discovery: You stop at approval. Once your shortlist of creators is approved by the client, you hand off the execution to the Creative Fulfillment Specialist. You do NOT own: formal contract execution, scheduling, shipping tracking, chasing deliverables, or paying the creators.

Skills & Experience Needed 2+ years of concrete professional experience

in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, creator casting, or a heavily outbound-focused outreach role. Influencer / Creator Discovery:

You have proven experience actively hunting and finding influencers or UGC creators for brand campaigns. You know the ins and outs of searching TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for niche talent. Outreach & Negotiation:

You are an expert at persuasive outreach copy. You can DM or email creators without sounding spammy, clearly explain a project's scope, and get fast \"yes/no\" decisions. Vetting Judgment:

You have a strong eye for what makes a creator a good fit for performance UGC and you maintain strong brand safety awareness. Pacing & Organization:

You track many candidates simultaneously and maintain strong documentation habits. Language Fluency:

Fluent written English is absolutely required for crafting persuasive pitches and clear internal documentation. Written fluency in Spanish is highly preferred (though not mandatory).

The time it takes you to move from a new casting ticket to a fully built shortlist. Quality:

High shortlist acceptance rates by our clients and a low creator mismatch rate (meaning the creators you find actually succeed on the project). Efficiency:

The daily volume of qualified creator leads you add to our bench through your outbound outreach.
