Corporate Partner

NAGY is supporting a client in a search for a Corporate Partner to join and help strengthen a growing cross-border practice.

We are looking for a lawyer with strong US Corporate experience and a business-oriented mindset, capable of contributing both technically and commercially in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic & Business Leadership

- Execute the Corporate practice growth strategy - Actively originate and expand client relationships - Business development initiatives - Position the firm in complex cross-border matters

2) Technical Excellence

- Lead sophisticated Corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions - Advise clients on US corporate law matters - Structure international operations (especially US-Brazil flows) - Ensure high technical quality and client satisfaction

3) Practice Building

- Help structure and mentor the team - Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning - Collaborate with tax team

Required Qualifications

- Active US BAR license (mandatory) - Fluency in English (mandatory) - Strong background in US Corporate / M&A / cross-border work - Demonstrated business development capability - Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
