1、搭建、管理并发展 KA 销售团队,通过教练式管理提升团队在竞争策略、客户关系与结果交付上的能力,在强竞争、快速变化的创业环境中落地 Keeta 的销售与经营策略;
2、建立并维护与核心连锁餐饮品牌的战略合作关系,推动在菜单结构、促销玩法、增长方案等层面的深度协作,对头部品牌的增长和客户满意度负责;
3、深入理解巴西本地外卖市场格局与竞争态势,识别新的业务机会和细分市场,基于 Keeta 的差异化价值制定具备本地适配性的市场进入和攻坚策略;
4、与运营、产品、市场等团队建立紧密协同关系,推动品牌高效 onboarding,并作为“市场之声”反向输入一线洞察,参与关键策略与资源决策;
5、借助 CRM 及业务数据工具,持续跟踪团队绩效与销售管道健康度,沉淀系统化的获客与转化机制,在资源受限的环境下提升整体经营效率。
1. Build, manage and develop the KA sales team, enhance the team’s capabilities in competitive strategy, client relationship management and result delivery through coaching-style management, and implement Keeta’s sales and business strategies in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving startup environment. 2. Establish and maintain strategic cooperation relationships with core chain catering brands, promote in-depth collaboration in menu structure, promotion tactics, growth solutions and other aspects, and be accountable for the growth and customer satisfaction of top-tier brands. 3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the local food delivery market landscape and competition dynamics in Brazil, identify new business opportunities and segmented markets, and develop locally adapted market entry and penetration strategies based on Keeta’s differentiated value. 4. Establish close collaboration with operations, product, marketing and other teams to drive efficient brand onboarding, serve as the “voice of the market” to provide frontline insights, and participate in key strategic and resource allocation decisions. 5. Leverage CRM and business data tools to continuously track team performance and sales pipeline health, formalize systematic customer acquisition and conversion mechanisms, and improve overall operational efficiency under resource constraints.
