LegalSight is an international legal services and technology company. We are currently hiring for a division of the company which focuses on providing services to law firms across the United States.

This Project Manager will join our Translations Team. This team is responsible for the management of our translation, interpretation, and transcription services.

This role is responsible for overseeing the full translations project lifecycle — from ideation to completion — ensuring timely, on-scope delivery across all workstreams. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, maintain quality standards through thorough document review, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and experience with project performance tracking tools are essential.

Responsibilities: Manage all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through completion, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time. Ensure that all translations projects are delivered on-time and within scope. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of translations projects. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Requirements: Fluency in both spoken and written English. Strong educational background. At least one (1) year of professional work experience in an environment that required close attention to detail and high degree of organization. The ability to balance multiple ongoing projects. Clear, effective communication skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
