We are seeking an experienced

SAP S/4HANA FICO AMS Consultant

to provide

L2 and L3 application support

for Finance processes, with a strong focus on

FI modules

. This role involves

production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and close collaboration with business stakeholders

, particularly during

month-end close activities

, where

CO and Material Ledger support

is critical. The ideal candidate demonstrates

strong ownership, structured problem-solving, clear communication, and operational rigor

in a

run-and-maintain AMS environment

.

Key Responsibilities AMS Production Support (L2 / L3) Provide

L2/L3 functional support

for SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including

incident, problem, and service request management

. Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

for recurring issues and implement

permanent corrective actions

. Ensure adherence to

SLA/OLA targets

and operational KPIs. Manage

critical finance incidents

, coordinating with technical teams and delivering timely stakeholder updates. Support

month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close

, including extended support when required. Functional Scope – FI / CO

Strong hands-on experience supporting: FI Modules FI-GL (General Ledger) FI-AP (Accounts Payable) FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) FI-AA (Asset Accounting) Bank Accounting and

Electronic Bank Statements Brazil Localization

(taxes, legal reporting, and country-specific requirements) CO Modules (primarily during month-end close) Material Ledger Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Period-end allocations and settlements

Additional requirements: Strong understanding of

FI-MM and FI-SD integrations

, particularly

finance postings originating from logistics processes

. Enhancements & Change Support Deliver

minor enhancements and configuration adjustments

within the AMS scope. Prepare

functional specifications

, test cases, and support

UAT activities

. Participate in

change and release management processes

. Maintain

high-quality functional and operational documentation

.

Experience & Qualifications 7–10 years

of relevant

SAP FICO experience

. Strong experience in

SAP S/4HANA AMS Production Support

environments. Solid

CO knowledge

, particularly related to

month-end close and Material Ledger activities

. Experience working with

ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

. Bachelor’s degree

in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
