ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a

Finance Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial operations for our Brazil entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across accounting, reporting, and internal controls. Reporting into the Brazil Controller you will serve as the primary finance lead for Brazil, taking full ownership of local statutory and regulatory obligations while partnering closely with cross-functional and global teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong combination of technical accounting expertise, process-driven thinking, and the ability to navigate Brazil's complex regulatory environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and is passionate about building robust financial processes from the ground up. You will play a critical role in strengthening our financial foundation in Brazil as SHEIN continues to expand its presence in the region.

This role will be based in our office in São Paulo.

Responsibilities Lead and support the

internalization and implementation of accounting systems

, ensuring seamless integration with existing internal controls and financial processes. Build and continuously improve internal controls, financial systems, and processes to guarantee accuracy of financial reporting, integrity of corporate data, compliance with finance governance, and safeguarding of assets. Take accountability for all local statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements (taxes, financial reporting, solicitor account rules, financial controls, and policies), as well as accounting records and financial processes. Collaborate closely with Group and regional teams on matters such as

transfer pricing

, international mobility, partner tax and accounting issues, direct and indirect taxation. Monitor and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, staying up to date with IRS, SEC, and other relevant rules and regulations. Build strong relationships with regional auditors and manage the statutory audit process.

Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on global or regional accounting experience. CPA or CA certification. Bachelor's Degree; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong self-management skills with proven ability to work independently and resourcefully. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Experience in accounting system implementation and integration projects.
