We 're looking for aCLM Functional Support Analyst to provides functional support for Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, handling incidents and service requests, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth contract operations across legal, procurement, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for CLM-related incidents and service requests (L1/L2). Log, categorize, prioritize, and track tickets using ITSM tools. Perform initial troubleshooting and functional analysis before escalating to L2/L3 or technical teams. Support users with contract creation, templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, and role-based access. Perform basic CLM system configuration (templates, fields, workflows, user roles). Monitor CLM integrations with ERP/CRM systems and identify data synchronization issues. Support UAT activities, regression testing, and release validation. Maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles. Provide end-user training and onboarding support. Ensure SLA compliance and provide basic reporting on ticket trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in CLM functional support or functional analysis roles. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal/procurement workflows. Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, Sirion, SAP Ariba, or similar. Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Basic understanding of ERP/CRM integrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced in English (B2+)
