Sphere Pay is looking for a full-time Implementation Manager based in Miami or Brazil. As an Implementation Manager at Sphere Pay, you will be the critical bridge between our sales/GTM team and our product organization, ensuring customers can successfully integrate and leverage our API-first payment infrastructure. The work you do directly supports our customers' ability to move money with us; you will regularly have an outsized impact on Sphere Pay's customer success and product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Discovery & Solution Design:
Partner with the Head of BD on discovery calls to gather customer technical requirements. Assess requirements against our current capabilities, architect tailored solutions, and clearly communicate any gaps to our product team. You will translate complex customer needs into actionable product feedback.
Integration Lifecycle Management:
Own the full integration lifecycle from initial discovery call through final go-live. This includes creating development guides, providing hands-on support during implementation, and ensuring customers have a clear path to successful integration with our API.
Customer Technical Support:
Handle integration requests from the sales team post-discovery. Guide external developers on how to integrate our API, explaining not just the how but the why behind integration decisions.
Product Feedback Loop:
Serve as the voice of the customer to our product team. Translate specific customer requests into product requirements and advocate for features that will improve the customer experience and expand our capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Build long-term partnerships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and strategic planning. Track, report, and update necessary internal systems related to client implementations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English, Portuguese Required - Spanish business level fluency is nice to have
3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or API Implementation
Strong technical background with hands-on experience working with APIs and guiding developers through integrations.
Proven experience writing technical documentation, API docs, and integration guides.
Experience within payments and/or fintech required.
Crypto/Web3 is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fully Remote - Based in Miami or Brazil (preferred).
