You will be responsible for running analysis and defining strategy for categories, working to develop expert knowledge. In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm.

You’ll be working with McKinsey Operations in Latin America. You'll be based in our Sao Paulo office.

Our Operations practice assists our clients in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality. Our teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients' most critical problems.

Product Development & Procurement is a rapidly growing service line that helps organizations unlock growth through product and cost transformations, with an emphasis on sustainability, customer experience, and the latest digital and analytical solutions.

In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm.

Bachelor's degree: advanced degree in related fields or an MBA is considered a plus Previous experience in procurement Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Demonstrates initiative skills and creativity Ability to influence others Passionate about operational excellence and driving transformational change in organizations Ability to work well both on your own as well as in a team Willingness to travel Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language
