Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Co-lead the HRBP agenda for DTS SP state sales channels, Hyper Transformation & Execution Staff, and Commercial Excellence Staff, supporting commercial results through People solutions for commercial partners. This role is fully connected to the commercial leaders who support decision-making in the region and area covered, including divisionals, GVs, Senior Leaders, and Directors, serving as the main point of contact for people. Advisory service for an average of 1,100 people.
Influence and lead agendas related to talent management, engagement, culture, diversity, KPIs, recognition, change management, as well as other personnel activities for the regions served, raising the level of talent and inclusion.
Your Impact
Consultative role across the regions supporting Sales clients in cascading HR strategies and solutions, leading HR agendas and priorities for the region.
Act as OneHR, expanding vision and collaboration with different HR functions with the purpose of enhancing our employee experience.
Coach and develop leaders for increasingly autonomous performance focused on development people and high-performance teams.
Support the implementation of transformational projects in the region, addressing people aspects with a special focus on communication and change management.
Governance: lead strategies and action plans for People KPIs and budgets in the respective locations.
Organization: support and propose strategies that ensure organizational structure design and change management aligned with business objectives, enabling results delivery.
Culture and Diversity: lead the agenda and projects in your region that strengthen our culture and org health, such as engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, diversity programs, and more.
Talent: lead the talent agenda in your region, actively participating in and implementing strategies for talent acquisition/management, succession mapping, development plans, leadership and frontline training initiatives, among others.
Participate in cross-functional projects, acting as a focal point for workstreams or as a member of project teams.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
-Bachelor’s degree completed
-Knowledge of HR subsystems
-Analytical and proactive profile for problem-solving
-Previous experience in HR in environments with multiple activities and multiple projects (such as specialist roles with exposure to different areas or experience in HRBP/internal HR consulting functions, preferably with commercial areas)
-Postgraduate degree, MBA and complementary courses are desirable
-English or Spanish
-Differential qualifications include: coaching certification, training in assessment and team-building methodologies, training in management methodologies (PDCA, Green Belt, etc.), training in Analytics, BI, and Agile methodologies.
