About The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Salesforce Developer

to join a team responsible for evolving and optimizing a Salesforce Service Cloud environment. In this role, you will collaborate with Salesforce engineers, administrators, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy solutions that improve operational processes and platform adoption. You will work with both declarative configurations and custom development to support

Customer Experience

initiatives and scalable Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging both declarative features and custom development. Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. Configure, enhance, and maintain standard and custom Salesforce capabilities to support the CX team, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Lightning Flows, sharing rules, email alerts, quick actions, and Embedded Service chat deployments. Support integrations, platform enhancements, and new feature development. Manage code deployments across multiple environments. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights. Contribute to the documentation of Salesforce configurations and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for customer experience operations.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience working with Salesforce development and configuration. Proficiency with Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. Experience working with Salesforce automation tools, reporting, and dashboards. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments with tight timelines. Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience supporting customer experience (CX) or service operations teams. Familiarity with community portals or help center implementations. Salesforce certifications.
