Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Argentina to help expand our partnerships with advertisers and performance agencies in LATAM.
This role focuses on building a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and industry networking. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying new partners, starting conversations, and turning connections into long-term collaborations.
You will work closely with internal teams to introduce our advertising solutions and onboard new partners.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and connect with advertisers and performance agencies in LATAM
Conduct daily outreach through LinkedIn, email, Telegram communities, and other networking channels
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Schedule meetings and introduce our advertising solutions to potential partners
Develop relationships with media buyers, agencies, and advertiser teams
Support the onboarding process for new partners and coordinate internally with operations teams
Maintain long-term relationships and help grow advertiser spend over time
Explore creative ways to find partners, including industry communities, social platforms, and events
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in AdTech, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising
Strong outbound sales or partnership development mindset
Comfortable doing high-volume outreach and networking
Excellent English communication skills
Based in Argentina
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
Spanish + Portuguese bilingual
Experience working with advertisers or performance agencies
Existing connections with LATAM advertisers or media buying teams
Russian language skills are a plus
