KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the HR Business Partner for Supply Chain leadership (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and Industrial Support functions), ensuring alignment between HR strategy and the needs of the industrial business; Support people management in a manufacturing environment, considering operational specifics such as shift work, schedules, hourly workforce, absenteeism and union relations; Lead and support core HR cycles within Supply Chain structures, including performance management, Talent Review, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning and internal movements; Actively contribute to initiatives related to organizational climate, employee engagement, performance and people development; Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical and administrative roles, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team; Ensure correct application of internal HR policies, talent management practices and compliance with labor legislation, as well as health and safety standards; Serve as the HR focal point for organizational change processes, restructurings, conflict management and disciplinary matters; Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation, HR Services, Health & Safety) to ensure consistency and excellence in HR delivery for Supply Chain teams; Monitor and analyze HR operational indicators (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime, disciplinary cases, among others), proposing corrective and preventive actions. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting Supply Chain and/or industrial/manufacturing environments; Proven experience working with operational populations, shop floor leadership and HR routines closely connected to daily operations; Fluency in English (advanced/fluency level for verbal and written communication with global and regional teams); Strong knowledge of labor legislation and labor/union relations practices; Hands-on profile, with strong field presence and close interaction with leaders and employees; Strong analytical skills, organization, prioritization ability and problem-solving mindset; Strong communication skills, relationship-building capability, active listening and influencing skills; Bachelor’s degree completed.
