ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Risk Prevention & Incident Management
Identify and prevent risks and vulnerabilities at the earliest stage possible
Intervene in ongoing incidents to minimize impact and exposure
Lead thorough investigations of security-related incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
Risk Assessment & Strategy
Evaluate threats, assess risks, and develop effective risk management strategies
Implement risk-based, balanced, and cost-effective security measures aligned with industry best practices
Security Operations & Compliance
Ensure consistent application of security and loss prevention standards across all operations
Maintain high levels of compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Oversee security practices across operations, infrastructure, administration, and support functions
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Support and advise business units to enable safe and successful execution of operations and initiatives
Culture & Continuous Improvement
Promote security awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Engage leadership and associates in strengthening security culture
Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in
Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration , or a related field (preferred)
Significant experience in
loss prevention and security operations , ideally in a management role
Experience within
distribution or logistics environments
is highly desirable
Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing loss prevention programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
Ability to assess situations holistically, considering all relevant facts and perspectives
