Project Overview

We are hiring an experienced SAP HCM Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join an international project team. The role requires strong payroll expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work in complex multinational environments.

Key Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll. - 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY), ideally in multinational environments. - Strong expertise in ECP configuration, payroll rules and schemas, and full payroll cycle management. - Proven experience resolving complex payroll incidents and optimizing payroll processes. - Experience in ECP implementations and deployments. - Experience with EC replication and integration with SAP HCM or S/4HANA. - Solid knowledge of payroll calculations and regulatory reporting. - Experience in testing phases (UT, SIT, UAT), documentation, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

- Configure MDF objects, business rules, workflows, RBP permissions, and organizational structures in Employee Central. - Manage Core HR processes including hires, terminations, rehires, job changes, and employee lifecycle events. - Maintain master data, perform mass uploads, and manage Foundation Objects and validations. - Oversee integrations between EC and other modules. - Support cutover activities, data migration, and post go-live issue resolution. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
