Your Role As a Senior

Fullstack Engineer

at Radity, you’ll work across the stack with a strong focus on Go-based backend services while also contributing to frontend development using React. You’ll design scalable architectures, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and play an active role in technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React. Contribute to microservices architecture and system design decisions. Integrate with external APIs and third-party services. Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For 6+ years of professional software engineering experience. Fluency in English (written and spoken), B2+ level or higher. 4+ years of hands-on Go (Golang) backend development experience. Strong experience with React and modern frontend development practices. Experience with REST APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud environments (AWS preferred). Solid understanding of application security, networking, and performance optimization. Strong ownership mindset and clean code practices.
