SecOps Engineer

Role: SecOps Engg Remote--Brazil Contract Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cybersecurity consultant to lead strategic clients in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing SIEM & SOAR clients, cybersecurity advisory and consulting experience, and a deep understanding of the Security Operations space. Responsibilities

● Manage a subset of tier 1 global accounts through onboarding and post-onboarding phases of SecOps product adoption (SIEM & SOAR) ● Implement strategies for onboarding, and post-onboarding phases of Google SecOps customers ● Educate and advise customers on how to utilize Google Security solutions in order to improve overall posture, and drive down risk. THis includes conducting all training and enablement with customers. ● Create solutions for complex customer challenges within SIEM and SOAR workloads. ● Manage client escalations during implementation and post-implementation phases ● Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, partners, and internal Google stakeholders ● Complete ongoing SME training focusing on Chronicle SIEM & SOAR, Security Operations, and GCP architecture. ● Travel to client engagements (~10%) Minimum Qualifications

● English, Portuguese, and Spanish is critical

● 6+ years of experience in a cybersecurity practitioner, cybersecurity consultant, or technical cybersecurity solution CSM role working with SIEM & SOAR ● Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding client deliverables and expectations ● Deep understanding of Cybersecurity operations and Google SecOps product offerings, and the broader vendor space in cybersecurity ● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills ● Be a self-starter on a motivated high-performing team ● Experience in the implementation and ongoing oversight of SIEM and SOAR deployments. ● Proficient with Python, Yara-L, SQL ● Demonstrated foundational understanding in cloud computing technologies
