About the position We are looking for a

Compensation & Benefits Manager

to join our

C&B team in Brazil

. The C&B Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing sales compensation and incentive programs that attract, motivate, and retain top sales talent while aligning individual performance with organizational objectives. This role ensures competitive compensation structures, accurate calculations, timely payouts, and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

You will report directly to the

C&B Lead in Brazil

and collaborate with a lean, high-impact team responsible for different business lines and strategic projects. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone comfortable operating in

high-growth, 0→1 environments

, balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities Develop competitive, performance-driven sales incentive structures that align with business objectives and market benchmarks. Define clear, measurable KPIs and performance metrics that drive desired sales behaviors (revenue, quota attainment, customer acquisition, retention, etc.) Ensure compensation plans support corporate strategy, product launches, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives. Create comprehensive plan documentation including terms, conditions, payout formulas, and dispute resolution procedures. Oversee rollout of new or modified compensation plans, including communication, training, and system configuration. Clearly communicate compensation plans, changes, and payouts to sales representatives through presentations, documentation, and FAQs Act as a key contributor to cross-functional and global C&B projects, supporting the integration of global principles with local market needs.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Administration, Economics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience

in Sales Incentive Compensation, preferably in

multinational companies

. Strong knowledge of

Brazilian labor law

, compensation principles, and union regulations. Excellent

data analysis skills

, with advanced proficiency in

Excel

and experience using

HRIS systems

. Fluent English

— this role requires frequent interaction with global teams. 5x a week at the office (Morumbi).

Nice to have Experience working in

Chinese companies

or multicultural, Asia-influenced environments. Previous experience designing

sales incentive plans

for commercial or growth teams.
