Human Resources Assistant Manager

This professional will support the HR Director and will be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of structured HR practices within the Brazilian operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Involvement in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits activities. - Interface with headquarters and external partners (consultants and service providers) - Support
