Oracle E Business Suite Application DBA Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle E Business Suite Application DBA Lead to take ownership of critical enterprise platforms supporting global operations. This is a senior, hands on role for someone who enjoys working close to production systems while also acting as a technical reference and leader.

You will be responsible for ensuring stability, performance, security, and availability across Oracle EBS application and database environments, working closely with cross functional teams and international stakeholders.

What you will do • Own and lead Oracle E Business Suite application environments end to end • Install, configure, maintain, patch, and upgrade Oracle EBS applications • Administer Oracle databases with strong focus on Core DBA concepts, RAC, and ASM • Perform backup and recovery, performance tuning, and capacity planning • Manage and support Oracle Exadata Cloud Service and OCI environments • Perform Linux administration related to Oracle platforms • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle EBS and third party systems • Act as a technical lead, mentoring DBAs and enforcing best practices • Lead incident response for critical production issues • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and security compliance

What we are looking for • Strong hands on experience with Oracle E Business Suite administration • Deep expertise in Oracle Core DBA concepts, RAC, and ASM • Solid experience working with Oracle Exadata Cloud Service and OCI • Strong Linux administration skills • Experience supporting enterprise scale production environments • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers • Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams • Proven technical leadership or senior ownership experience

Nice to have • Oracle certifications such as OCP or OCI Architect • Experience with automation or scripting for DBA activities • Previous experience leading large scale Oracle environments
