São Paulo, Brazil Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced

System Administrator

to manage multi-OS environments and oversee small office IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining systems, managing endpoints through MDM, handling ticketing systems, and coordinating with the central IT team to ensure seamless IT operations and compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: System Administration (Multi-OS) Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform OS patching, upgrades, and regular system updates. Monitor system performance and ensure endpoint security compliance. Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and OS-related issues. Perform routine system maintenance and health checks. Office IT Infrastructure Management Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewall devices. Maintain printers, scanners, and other office IT peripherals. Monitor and maintain backup systems and recovery processes. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for hardware, networking, or service issues. Ticketing System Management Manage and monitor IT service requests using the organization’s ticketing system. Track issue resolution timelines and ensure SLA compliance. Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base articles. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Mobile Device Management (MDM) Enroll, configure, and manage company devices (laptops, mobile devices) via MDM solutions. Enforce security policies, device compliance, and remote troubleshooting. Manage software deployments and security updates through MDM tools. Handle device provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Coordination with Central IT Team Act as a liaison between the local office and central IT team. Implement IT policies, security standards, and infrastructure guidelines from central IT. Support centralized system rollouts, upgrades, and audits. Provide regular reports on local IT operations and incidents. Security & Compliance Ensure endpoint security and antivirus compliance. Support IT audits and compliance requirements. Maintain proper documentation of IT processes and configurations.
