Able to highlight risks and contribute to provide mitigations. Proven track record of solving problems & determining the best solution. Strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently. Active listening techniques to understand issues, requirements, and situations. Self-reliant and good analytical skills. Ensure zero escalations from the customer on the work done.

Mandatory Knowledge 6-10 years of strong experience in SAP Fieldglass Implementation / Rollout projects. Should have worked in Source-to-Pay. Skilled on Fieldglass CWM, SOW & WP process and configuration Integration experience of SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba / SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC. Knowledge SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC / SAP Ariba/ Success Factors and Source to pay. Experience / knowledge in Defect life cycle and tools in JIRA. English verbal communication, upper intermediate upwards.
