Location: Remote / Hybrid | Experience: 15+ Years | Sector: Enterprise Cloud Transformation The Mission Are you a visionary architect who lives at the intersection of Data and Infrastructure? We are looking for a heavy-hitter to lead massive, high-stakes cloud migrations for some of the world's largest brands in Banking, Healthcare, and Insurance. As our SQL Architect, you aren't just moving databases; you are reimagining how global enterprises operate in the cloud. You will be the technical authority responsible for auditing complex legacy environments and architecting the future-state of Azure Data & Infrastructure. What You'll Do Architect the Future: Conduct deep-dive \"AS-IS\" assessments and design sophisticated \"Target State\" architectures that get approved by executive review boards. Lead the Migration: Drive large-scale Azure migration activities, utilizing Azure Migrate to move complex on-prem workloads to the cloud. Master the Landing Zone: Design and build secure, scalable Azure Landing Zones from the ground up, ensuring identity (IAM), security (Key Vault), and governance are baked-in. Blueprint Excellence: Produce high-fidelity HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) documents covering the entire Azure ecosystem. Be the Expert: Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting deep-stack issues (Networking, IO, Clusters) and define the BoM (Bill of Materials) to ensure clients get maximum value for their investment. What We're Looking For The Veteran: 15+ years of IT experience, with at least a decade dedicated to the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The SQL Specialist: Deep, hands-on mastery of Azure SQL (IaaS & PaaS), Azure Storage, and high-availability data solutions. The Strategist: Experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCDR) and infrastructure-as-code principles. The Communicator: Ability to bridge the gap between deep technical troubleshooting and C-suite stakeholder management. The Industry Expert: Previous success navigating the regulatory complexities of the Banking or Healthcare sectors. Technical Toolkit Primary: Azure SQL, Azure Migrate, IAM, Key Vault, Storage. Architecture: Mastery of Frameworks (TOGAF or similar), HLD/LLD creation. Certification (The Cherry on Top): AZ-305 (Infrastructure Solutions) or AZ-104 (Administrator). Why Join Us?
