About the Role We're seeking a

Data Delivery Manager

to lead complex data and analytics initiatives leveraging Databricks and Azure ecosystems. You'll bridge technical excellence with business value, managing end-to-end product lifecycles while orchestrating stakeholder relationships across our enterprise clients. Core Responsibilities Product Ownership : Define and execute product roadmaps for data platforms, analytics solutions, and ML pipelines on Databricks/Azure Agile Leadership : Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management using Scrum/Kanban methodologies Stakeholder Orchestration : Navigate complex matrix organizations, managing C-suite to technical teams across multiple business units Data Strategy : Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization projects Performance Under Pressure : Deliver critical initiatives within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Required Expertise Technical Depth : Proven experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and Azure data services (Synapse, Data Factory, ADLS) Analytics Acumen : Strong understanding of data warehousing, real-time analytics, and machine learning workflows Communication Excellence : Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Agile Mastery : Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent with 5+ years managing data products in agile environments Stakeholder Management : Track record managing 10+ concurrent stakeholders across technical and business domains Bilingual Portuguese/English communication skills
