Position Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for leading the management and enhancement of operational processes across Latin America, ensuring the creation, mapping, standardization, publication, and continuous updating of processes. Additionally, the role involves managing non-conformities and improvement opportunities in both internal processes and customer complaints, providing support to the involved areas to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of regional processes: creation, mapping, standardization, publication, and updating, ensuring alignment with best practices and corporate policies.
Provide ongoing support to the areas involved in process implementation, promoting adoption and understanding of established standards.
Coordinate the management of non-conformities and improvement opportunities, identifying root causes and facilitating the implementation of effective action plans.
Support teams with continuous improvement tools, training, and methodologies for problem-solving and process optimization.
Monitor deadlines and progress of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring commitments are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Prepare reports and performance indicators related to process management and non-conformities for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
Proven experience in process management and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments.
Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and communication.
