Lead Software Engineer | About You As a Lead Software Engineer, you are responsible for driving the technical vision behind scalable, modern applications while guiding a high‐performing engineering team. Lead Software Engineer | Day-to-Day Lead the design and development of complex, scalable applications using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React. Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team. Architect and maintain secure, high‐availability cloud-based systems optimized for performance. Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. Mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning, quality craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards. Solve advanced technical challenges and influence decisions related to architecture and technology stack selection.

Lead Software Engineer | Skills & Experience 7+ years of software engineering experience, with advanced proficiency in .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React). Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating effectively across functions. Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development standards. Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms. Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable application principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
