3 Talent Sourcers

to help us build talent pipelines across

GTM, Tech, and Corporate hiring

— one person for each focus area.

What you’ll actually do – Map markets deeply: companies, org structures, talent clusters, and target profiles – Find people others miss – Build pipelines from scratch and re-engage existing talent pools – Run outbound through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp using our CRM – Work directly with recruiters and hiring teams on strategic hiring challenges – Help improve the way we identify, engage, and convert top talent

What we’re looking for –

1–3+ years of real hands-on sourcing experience – Strong skills in

market mapping, research, and pipeline building – Comfortable managing multiple searches at the same time – Solid command of

LinkedIn, AI tools, and CRM systems – Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills –

Fluent English is non-negotiable – Portuguese is required, and Spanish is a major plus

Strong signal backgrounds – You’ve worked in English-speaking or highly international environments – You’ve lived abroad or studied in an international / American school – You’ve already supported global hiring projects

Location Brazil-based, remote role Preference for São Paulo

Compensation We pay

top-of-market PJ compensation + comissions

for strong performers.
