Sales Cloud Dev with Marketing Cloud focus
Location: Barueri, SP 06460-000 – Brazil (3 days onsite)
Contract: DOE
The primary responsibility is to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive sales efficiency while supporting marketing automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Cloud (Primary):
Email Campaign Execution:
Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder.
Audience Segmentation:
Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate targeting.
Automation & Journeys:
Configure automated workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations for email marketing.
Sales Cloud (Secondary):
Custom Development:
Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Sales Cloud Configuration:
Customize lead and opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards.
Data Modeling:
Design and implement complex data models and relationships.
Security & Compliance:
Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Automation:
Create advanced flows and approval processes to streamline business operations.
Integration:
Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
Testing & Deployment:
Perform unit testing and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Performance Optimization:
Ensure scalability and efficiency of custom code and configurations.
Required Skill Set
Expert knowledge of Marketing Cloud with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
Good understanding and working experience on Campaign creation, execution with audience segmentations
Email journey automation knowledge.
HTML/CSS and AMPscript for email design and personalization.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.
Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools.
Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to create technical specification documents.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (a plus)
Copado Administrator (a plus)
