Descrição da Vaga
Lead Azure & Windows Infrastructure Architect (POD 1 & 2)
Location: Remote / Hybrid | Experience: 13+ Years | Level: C5/C6 (Senior Leadership)
The Challenge
Are you a master of Windows ecosystems ready to lead the charge into the Cloud? We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Architect to spearhead large-scale migrations for high-stakes industries like Banking, Healthcare, and Insurance.
In this role, you aren't just a designer—you are the General of our Cloud PODs. You will lead a technical team of 5+ engineers, ensuring that complex legacy environments are modernized, secured, and migrated to Azure with surgical precision.
Your Impact
Architectural Sovereignty: Design the end-to-end \"Target State\" for massive enterprise environments. You will own the HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design), ensuring every VM, Cluster, and Network packet has its place.
Lead the Squad: Act as the technical North Star for a team of 5+ infra experts. You will guide, govern, and mentor your team to deliver excellence under pressure.
Windows Modernization: You are the expert who knows Windows Clustering, DFS, and File/Print Services inside out. You'll be the one to solve the \"impossible\" legacy issues during migration.
The Business Brain: You don't just build; you justify. You'll use TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI metrics to prove to stakeholders that your architecture is the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
Mission Critical Support: You will oversee the stability of the environment, ensuring 24/7 reliability through robust Backup, DR, and Monitoring solutions.
What You Bring to the Table
The Veteran Background: 13+ years in IT with a deep focus on Windows Server and Azure IaaS/PaaS.
Migration Mastery: Expert-level experience with Azure Migrate for server consolidation and workload shifts.
Networking & Identity Guru: Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, and Azure IAM/Key Vault to keep our Landing Zones secure and connected.
Resilience Expert: Hands-on experience with Windows Clustering and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for business continuity.
Strategic Communicator: You can navigate a 24x7 shift environment, manage customer calls with poise, and present complex solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
The Toolkit
Core: Azure Infrastructure, Windows Server (all versions), Azure Networking.
Leadership: Team Management & Technical Governance.
Compliance: Experience in regulated domains (SIAM, Data Privacy, Financial regulations).
Certifications (Preferred): AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert) or AZ-104.
Why This Role?
This is more than a migration job; it's a leadership opportunity. You will own the strategy for POD 1 and 2, deciding how global enterprises evolve. If you enjoy solving complex \"under-the-hood\" Windows issues while simultaneously designing high-level cloud strategies, this is your next career move.
Ready to lead the migration? Apply now and let's build the future of Enterprise Cloud.
What makes this version effective?
Directly addresses the \"POD\" structure: It makes the candidate feel like they are leading a specific mission.
Highlights the Hybrid nature: It acknowledges that they need to be good at both the new (Azure) and the old (Windows Clustering/DFS).
Emphasizes Leadership: By using words like \"General\" and \"North Star,\" you attract people who want to manage teams, not just configurations.
