Keeta- KA District Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and develop the KA sales team, enhancing the team’s capabilities in competitive strategy, client relationships, and results delivery through coaching management. Implement Keeta’s sales and operational strategies in a highly competitive and fast-changing entrepreneurial environment. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key chain restaurant brands, promote deep collaboration in areas such as menu structure, promotional activities, and growth initiatives, and be responsible for the growth and customer satisfaction of leading brands. Gain an in-depth understanding of the local food delivery market landscape and competitive dynamics in Brazil, identify new business opportunities and niche markets, and develop locally adapted market entry and penetration strategies based on Keeta’s differentiated value. Establish close collaboration with operations, product, and marketing teams, drive efficient brand onboarding, serve as the "voice of the market" to provide frontline insights, and participate in key strategic and resource decisions. Utilize CRM and business data tools to continuously track team performance and sales pipeline health, develop systematic customer acquisition and conversion mechanisms, and improve overall operational efficiency in resource-constrained environments. Job Requirements: Over 5 years of experience in KA management, channel expansion, or chain/retail management, with a solid foundation in team management. Strong business negotiation and market development abilities, able to accurately identify client and user needs, and maintain a highly proactive approach to challenges. Capable of process and project management, able to drive multiple tasks and complex projects in parallel. Strong stress tolerance, clear results orientation, high sense of responsibility, and good team spirit. English proficiency for work (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Portuguese language skills are preferred.
