Paid Media Strategist (Contractor)

to own and scale client campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. This is a

1099 contractor position . You will operate as an independent contractor responsible for managing performance outcomes across assigned client accounts. Our work combines paid media, education driven video funnels, compliance aware creative, and rigorous performance analysis to turn ad spend into measurable business results. What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop paid media strategies aligned to booked appointments, show rates, and qualified prospect volume Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Translate client positioning and compliance requirements into compliant, high performing campaigns Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance regularly Optimization and Diagnostics Optimize campaigns using data driven decisions Identify bottlenecks across ads, funnels, and booking flows Test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve efficiency and scale Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and performance issues Reporting and Communication Provide clear, actionable performance reporting Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps Participate in client performance conversations as needed Collaboration Coordinate with internal team members including copy, video, and funnel specialists Contribute to process and system improvements What You’ll Bring

3 plus years of hands on paid media experience Strong experience managing Meta and Google Ads Proven ability to optimize for performance driven funnels Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10k to $50k plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts independently Contractor Details
