Responsibilities:Organize information and analyze complex situations;Elaborate and revise of technical reports (Portuguese and English);Dynamically conduct several projects at the same time;Maintain good relationships and communication with stakeholders;Ensure quality delivery;Build good relationships with staff, direct leadership and clients;Conduct field surveys;Elaborate diagnoses through primary and secondary data;Conduct assessment of social and human rights impacts;Development of actions plans to prevent and mitigate risks;Conduct gap assessment against international standards and regulations.Requirements:Professionals with training in the social sciences (geography, sociology, anthropology, etc.) or correlated courses with at least 6 years of experience;Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills;Strong commitment to safety and to follow established ERM Health and Safety protocols;Ability to succeed in a consulting pace, handling multiple project assignments, and maintaining flexibility, while meeting strict deadlines;Availability to travel;Experience in social performance and human rights work such as risk assessment, impact assessment, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement;Experience with IFC and the UNPGs and related standards and regulations;Fluent English (speaking and writting) and communication skills.
